Your privacy is important to us. This privacy notice explains how we collect and process your personal data when you participate in Skill Dynamics training and complete your skills review. It also outlines your choices regarding your personal data.
The Skill Dynamics platform is designed to help develop the skills of our procurement and supply chain colleagues. The training is based on role-specific, individual learning plans that focus on areas where participants will benefit the most. These learning plans are created using the Review module, which each participant must complete.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why
Any information provided by your management is used solely to contact you with training materials and professional support, as well as to track and report your progress in the training program. This will consist of name, email, role and any specific learner information.
Your individual learning plan is created based on the role assigned to you by your manager and the results of your skills review. If you choose not to complete your skills review on the Skill Dynamics platform, you may not be able to participate in the eLearning program. In this event Skill Dynamics will destroy all personal records pertaining to you.
Once your learning plan is created, you will be invited to the Learn module to take your courses. You will also gain access to the Insight module, where you can track your course progression, learner satisfaction, knowledge application rate, and competence development. This data is all securely protected through your own unique login credentials
Who Has Access to Your Personal Data and Why?
You will receive access to your personal data, results, and role-specific learning plan via an email containing a link. This email will be sent by Skill Dynamics, immediately after your skills review is completed. Additionally, you will access the Insight reporting module using your own personal credentials provided by Skill Dynamics.
The executive sponsor of your organization and your line manager may have access to some or all the following information: personal data (such as name and email address), quiz results, learning plans, course progression, learner satisfaction, knowledge application rates, and competence development. This information is provided to help implement the knowledge gained and to track and manage organizational progress.
Skill Dynamics, your training provider, is headquartered in the UK and has access to your personal data to initiate the Skills-Gap analysis, ensure ongoing service delivery, generate reports, and issue certificates upon completion of your learning plan.
Skill Dynamics systems and data are hosted on servers located in Ireland, under European data protection regulations. Access to your data may involve cross-border transfers, including to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your own. However, appropriate data transfer and processing contracts are in place to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
How Long Your Data is Stored and Where
Personal data is stored in our secure platform. At the end of the contract between your organization and Skill Dynamics, all personal data will be deleted from our platforms unless you or your management request earlier deletion. Reports extracted from our platforms and provided to relevant recipients within your organization may be stored by them or your Human Resources department until the end of your employment.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
You have the right to access your personal data at any time. To request access to your stored data, please contact support@skilldynamics.com. You also have the right to request correction of incorrect data or to restrict or terminate further processing of your personal data. Please note that deleting your personal data may result in your inability to participate in the training program.
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
In the event of a security breach compromising personal information, we will promptly notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law. If you are concerned about any security breach, please contact support@skilldynamics.com and we will register the incident and inform our company Data Protection Officer (DPO) immediately.
Is Consent Necessary for Registration?
Yes. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective since May 25, 2018, your consent is required. We have implemented security measures and updated our procedures to comply with this regulation. Learners must provide consent before registering by selecting the checkbox on the registration page. Registration will not be possible without this confirmation.
