1. Which courses are available?

Our Academies offer a large catalogue of content such as:

2. Which Learning Options are available?


Option 1: Individual, role-based Learning Plans

Competence Model

To ensure a valuable learning experience, we have designed a competence model to our procurement and supply chain strategy and matched competence targets to our roles. This role-based learning will focus on developing the competences that are needed for you to perform well in your job, or prepare you for a future role. Role-based training is the most structured and effective approach to learning and will transform the more traditional ad-hoc learning activities into a strategic learning plan.


Learning Plans

Following the competence model, we have designed a learning plan for each role. The learning plan only lists the courses that are relevant to your profile.

Should you already have expertise in some areas, you can either use our courses to refresh your knowledge or you can remove them from your learning plan. Before you start your training, we offer you the opportunity to review your current skills. The objective of this review is to highlight those competences in your role which will benefit the most from studying best practices, not to evaluate your professional experience. Based on your results we will create your individual learning journey.

Once you successfully complete your learning plan, you will receive a valuable certificate.

Option 2: Ongoing Professional Development

After completion of your initial learning plan, you may want to broaden or refresh your knowledge in certain competences.

There are different approaches how this can be done:

  • You can select courses yourself directly from the catalogue.

  • We can provide you with additional courses from a more senior role.

  • We can provide you with additional and newly developed courses from selected competences.

 

Option 3: Individualcourse selection from catalogue

“Just-In-Time” Learning.

This option will allow you to select courses directly from the catalogue. You can select and take the courses you need at the moment you need them.
